Bringing a puppy home should feel exciting, not risky. Here is exactly what happens from the moment you find a puppy you love to the day they arrive at your door — no surprises, no pressure and no payment until you've spoken to us and seen your puppy live.
Step by step

Choose your puppy and send an inquiry
Every puppy’s page has a short inquiry form. Tell us where you live and a little about your home. No payment at this stage.

Talk to us and meet your puppy on video
We reply the same day by phone, text or email, answer your questions and set up a live video call so you can see your puppy and ask anything.

Reserve with a 50% deposit
Pay the deposit by PayPal, Zelle, Bank transfer, Chime or Apple Pay. You get a written receipt and sales agreement, and your puppy is marked Reserved on our site.

We plan your delivery
You choose Standard (2–5 days) or Express (within 24 hours) delivery, and we agree the departure date with you. The delivery fee is in your written agreement.

Delivery day
Your puppy arrives with their health record, microchip details, starter food and papers. The remaining 50% and the delivery fee are due at delivery.

- Age-appropriate shotsPuppy vaccinations given on schedule for their age, recorded in their health record so your vet can continue the series.
- MicrochipMicrochipped before they leave us. We help you register the chip in your name.
- Starter foodA supply of the food your puppy is already eating, so their tummy has an easy first week.
- Full registration papersFull registration papers in your name, with the registered names and numbers of both parents.
- Written health guaranteeA 72-hour vet check guarantee and a 1-year genetic health guarantee, in writing.
Deposit and balance
A 50% deposit reserves your puppy. It is part of the puppy's price, not an extra fee. The remaining 50% is due at delivery. Before you pay anything you'll receive a written sales agreement that lists your puppy, the full price, the deposit, the delivery fee and our guarantees.
We accept PayPal, Zelle, Bank transfer, Chime or Apple Pay. Payment details are only ever sent from support@beaglebrook.com, after we've spoken with you. Read our deposit and refund policy for the details.
Delivery only
We deliver every puppy to your door from Cincinnati, Ohio: Standard delivery (2–5 days from departure, $55) or Express delivery (within 24 hours of departure, $100). You choose the option in the inquiry form and see the price straight away. See puppy delivery for how it works.
Our guarantees
72-hour vet check guarantee
Take your puppy to your own vet within 72 hours of delivery. If they find a serious illness that was present when we delivered, you get a replacement puppy or your money back.
1-year genetic health guarantee
Covers life-threatening hereditary and congenital conditions diagnosed by a licensed vet within 1 year of delivery.
Real puppy guarantee
You see your puppy live on a video call before you pay a deposit. The puppy on that call is the puppy we deliver.
Safe delivery guarantee
If your puppy can’t travel safely on the agreed day, we reschedule at no extra cost, or refund every dollar you’ve paid.
Full papers guarantee
Every puppy comes with full registration papers — never limited registration, and never an extra charge.
Deposit protection
If we cancel, or can’t deliver your puppy healthy, your 50% deposit is refunded in full.
